Landmark offers consultancy to the existing centers as well the new entrant to the industry. We have plan to take up complete turnkey projects right from setting up the infrastructure to running the campaigns successfully and getting the revenues generated for the center.
We have setup a consultancy and outsourcing division that will cater to the needs of the Call / BPO centers. Landmark has the Operations, Technology, Quality and the Business Development department in place. The operations, Quality and the Technology department would be concentrating completely on the Indian market and will be the part of the turnkey projects that we will offer to the centers in India. Whereas the Business development Department would be doing a lot of market research and also talking to the companies the US, UK, Australian and Canadian market that intend to outsource their needs in India.
